The primary goal of the Sales Manager will be to exceed his/her quota by closing deals with new, strategic prospective customers.
Major Responsibilities
The successful candidate must be a highly self-motivated team player that excels in rapidly developing strong prospect relationships & then driving large software & services sales to close. He/she will be expected to take ownership of the target territory and overcome any sales obstacles that arise. As an early industry leader in an aggressively growing market space, Solidcore needs to quickly acquire a large, well-respected, referenceable customer base.
To be successful, the Sales Manager will provide leadership to a "virtual" team that supports him/her on each opportunity - team activities range from lead generation, through the positioning of the solution, technical proof-of-concept, scoping of custom deployment & integration, & post-sale account management, leading to follow-on sales.

- Give product demonstrations and answers technical questions on Solidcore Product offerings.
Requirements

Minimum Required Experience
- Strong working knowledge of firewalls, networks, common server operating environments (Windows, AIX, Linux, Solaris, etc…), and other technologies found in our customer environments.
- Direct experience deploying and supporting complex enterprise software applications in data center environments. Experience with management tools such as HP Open View, BMC Remedy, or similar products.
- Familiarity or experience with client – server architectures and “agent” based deployment technologies

Summary
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing qualified opportunities over the phone. S/he will be required to follow-up on inbound leads, make cold calls, pitch Solidcore technology, uncover sales opportunities, transition leads to the field sales team, and maintain all details of activities accurately in Salesforce.com.
Major Responsibilities/Tasks
- Identify prospective customers for Solidcore software, communicating the Solidcore value proposition and selling customers initial pilots and/or licenses.
- Track and document activity within Salesforce.com consistently and accurately.
- Transition customers to regional managers at the time of the sale and provide assistance in the relationship hand-off.
- Respond to in-bound leads in a timely and professional manner, with the goal of ensuring Solidcore’s message is accurately delivered, and any opportunity to sell product to the customer is uncovered.
- Work with marketing to execute marketing campaigns, and provide feedback on the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Work with the sales team to support all sales activities in the territory.

Minimum Required Experience
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, persistence, aggressiveness, resourcefulness, a high level of professionalism and strong communication skills required. Requires a minimum of 2 years of telemarketing/prospecting and/or direct sales experience in a fast-growth enterprise software sales and marketing environment with security or compliance field.
- Demonstrated ability to listen well, communicate and qualify effectively, over the telephone to all levels (managers, directors, executive staff, and key decision-makers) with a proven track record of revenue achievement. Strong sales focus with proven ability to understand, appreciate, and manage prospect/customer relationships.
- Performance driven with an appreciation for the metrics and related analyses that drive telesales accountability. High-Tech market savvy and knowledgeable in use of Salesforce.com, MS Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, etc.

We are seeking a Dynamic individual to work in a well-established server management company taking care of day-to-day management tasks and troubleshooting as well as software installations and server monitoring.
The average experience would be around 3 years
Major Responsibilities/Tasks
- Expertise In Linux System and Network Admin - at least 1 out of Solaris/HPUX/AIX
- In-depth knowledge of Solaris system administration, user creation, file/directory permissions, file system/disk configuration, Veritas Volume Manager, loading of software and system patches , TCP/IP concepts, NFS, NIS, DNS, storage concepts, performance tuning, write and debug shell scripts.
- Strong knowledge of Red Hat based operating systems, Red Hat Enterprise, Fedora, CentOS etc, experience of networking services is also a plus.
- Knowledge of Windows operating system.
- Experience in open source or commercial application installation or setup in UNIX environment.
Desirable
- Perl scripting or shell scripting experience
- High availability hands on experience (Sun Clusters/Veritas Clusters), knowledge of Domain systems (E10K/E15K), remote console access
