| Anne Bonaparte , President & CEO |

Anne Bonaparte is president and CEO of Solidcore. Before joining Solidcore, she was president and CEO of Tablus, where she established the company as a leader in the data loss prevention market, increased customer adoption to record levels, and ultimately led the company's acquisition by EMC. Prior to Tablus, Bonaparte was president and CEO of MailFrontier, where she established the company as a globally recognized brand, dramatically accelerated organizational growth, and spearheaded the company's acquisition by SonicWALL. Bonaparte has led global multi-channel teams at VeriSign, Autodesk and Hewlett-Packard, and has guided management consulting projects at Bain & Company. She was also the founder of Buzzsaw, the leading software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider of design collaboration and project management applications for the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) industry. Anne holds a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Stanford University and an MBA with distinction from Harvard University.

Rosen

Rosen Sharma is founder and chief technology officer for Solidcore Systems. Under his direction, Solidcore has become one of the fastest growing companies in Silicon Valley with customers that include GM, Ford, Motorola, NEC, Restoration Hardware, and Sharp Corporation. Rosen is a serial entrepreneur who co-founded VxTreme (acquired by Microsoft), Ensim, Teros (acquired by Citrix), Green Border (acquired by Google), and Teneros. He currently serves on the board of directors for Solidcore, Teneros, Mentor Partners, and Atlantis Computing. Rosen also started Mentor-Partners, a firm to help startup companies in India. The Mentor-Partner portfolio includes companies such as: BubbleMotion, uGenie, iLantus, and Atlantis Computing. Rosen is a gold medalist from IIT Delhi and he holds a Ph.D. from Cornell University. Dave has over 18 years of sales leadership experience in high technology companies targeting the Global 1000 Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Financial Services, Consumer Packaged Goods, Automotive, Engineering, Chemical, Food & Beverage, Petroleum and Healthcare industries. Prior to joining Solidcore, Dave was the EVP of Sales and Marketing at Arrowstream, a pre-IPO logistics optimization & technology services company. Over his three year tenure, he led the growth of the business from $300k to over $50 million in annual revenue. From 1996-2001, Dave was the VP of Sales, Central and West, for the enterprise PKI business at VeriSign. In his role at VeriSign, Dave built a high-performing field operations team of 50 professionals and streamlined sales processes which dramatically reduced the business development cycle time by 50%. Under Dave's leadership at Verisign, revenue grew from $1 million to $50 million. These efforts helped position VeriSign for a very successful IPO. Dave has also held Sales management positions at Forte', Trinzic and Manugistics.

Steve has spent the last 25 years
in various financial and operational
roles in Silicon Valley since his
graduation from UC Berkeley. Beginning
with 7 years at Ernst and Young, Steve
spent 8 years at Tandem Computers
(acquired by Compaq and HP) in a variety
of senior Corporate and Division Finance
roles ending as the controller for
worldwide manufacturing. Steve then
moved into the software industry with
his first start-up, OpenVision (acquired
by Veritas) where he served as Controller
and Interim CFO. Steve joined PeopleSoft
(acquired by Oracle) and spent 3 years
as VP and Corporate Controller during
the period when it grew from 600 to
7000 employees; he then spent 18 months
as VP of Sales Operations. Steve then
joined Extricity, Inc., a B2B process
integration software company, as Chief
Financial Officer for two years when
it was acquired in a $200 million
acquisition in 2001. Steve then went
on to co-found a wireless router company
where he spent 18 months developing
relationships in Korea and Japan and
has spent the last two years providing
consulting services to various companies
as part of the team at Calegari and
Morris CPA's in San Francisco.

Jay Vaishnav is founder and vice president of product development for Solidcore. Jay has spent the last 23 years bringing new enterprise and Internet software products to the market with a commitment for his customer's success. He is responsible for delivering products that help Solidcore's customers meet their compliance, security and availability requirements. Prior to Solidcore, he was the vice president of engineering at Chingari, an Internet-based consumer research and product innovation platform developed for premier Fortune 100 automobile and pharmaceutical customers. Prior to Chingari, he led a team that built the foundational service-oriented architecture for managing Amazon.com's product catalog to enable the business, its suppliers and partners to share a current and common view of the store's inventory. Jay arrived at Amazon.com through its acquisition of Junglee, where as its director of technology he delivered a leading-edge Java comparison shopping engine that was co-branded by Yahoo. He also spent nearly 10 years at Tandem Computers, where he was a key architect and technical leader for the SQL relational database management system. He began his career at ESVEL, a privately held relational database management startup, which was acquired by Cullinet Software.

Bob Vieraitis has more than 20 years of experience bringing new products and technologies to market. Before joining Solidcore, Bob was VP of Marketing at OnStation, a provider of on-demand CRM solutions to the automotive industry. Prior to OnStation, Bob was VP of Marketing and Business Development at AirPrism where he launched the company into the mobile systems management market. Bob also served as Vice President of Product Marketing at Portal Software where he built the product marketing function and led product strategy, product management and product marketing efforts through a successful IPO. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Marketing and Sales at GolfWeb, a pioneering Internet content startup that was ultimately acquired by CBS/SportsLine. Earlier in his career, Mr. Vieraitis was at Sun Microsystems for 9 years where he held several strategic marketing positions including Director of Software Product Marketing. He began his marketing career as a Product Manager at Data General.
