Secures $10m in Series C Funding to Expand

PALO ALTO, California
- February 21, 2006 - Solidcore Systems,
Inc., the leading provider of IT control
solutions, today announced that it has surpasses
a major customer adoption milestone. Solidcore
has developed a strong and multi-stream
revenue model from its direct, indirect
and OEM channels which is driving unprecedented
growth and penetration in the market. Commercial
deployments are largely in the automotive,
healthcare, utility, retail, e-commerce
and military verticals and OEM customers
who embed Solidcore technology include ATM,
storage, and medical device manufacturers.
Solidcore solutions address a wide range

growth, it has secured $10m in series C
funding. The company’s existing investors,
Matrix Partners, Menlo Ventures, and Sevin
Rosen Funds, are leading the current investment
round.
