Change Policy Enforcement

Enforcement of change policy by time window, source, or approved ticket

The Change Policy Enforcement module turns policy into reality by technically protecting systems from out-of-policy changes before they occur. Protection is linked directly to policy through authorization of change to any set of files by source (e.g. only changes made by Tivoli, SMS etc.), time window or approved ticket. A web-based GUI enables creation of policy and display of enforcement status.

Any changes that are attempted outside of policy on enabled servers are not allowed, but are logged and can be sent as alerts. These change attempts are available to search and reporting.

This module enables effective enforcement with very low overhead.
