Training

Solidcore’s Customer Advocacy organization is committed to helping customers deploy and maintain our solutions successfully. We believe that the best method of doing this is to ensure that customer personnel have all the knowledge and tools required to deploy, administer, troubleshoot, and use the S3 Control solutions themselves.  In support of that best practice, Solidcore will design a custom engagement plan that includes comprehensive Training for your team, as well as a thorough Professional Services consultation package to assist you in implementing your Solidcore investment.

Our Training classes are instructor led, and include hands-on participation, labs and various demos. The intended audience for these classes includes system and/or application administrators and business users (reporting). The courses are recommended for all new and existing Solidcore customers, and partners who have the desire to enhance their product knowledge and increase their productivity.
The following training courses are currently available:

• S3 Control Fundamentals – Change Control concepts, architecture, installation and user level administration.  This course will also cover the basic concepts of the POS Check & Control solution, if that is required.

• S3 Control Advanced – Advanced installation, deployment best practices, administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.

• POS Check & Control Advanced – This course focuses on the unique environment of the retail store environment for which POS Check & Control is best suited

• Runtime Control – S3 Runtime Control installation, configuration and troubleshooting

• Database Audit – S3 DB Audit concepts, installation and configuration and use. 

• Network Change Tracking – S3 Control Network Change tracking concepts, installation, configuration and use.

• CMS Integration – Overview of methods and requirements for integrating S3 Control with a single Change Management System (BMC Remedy, HP ServiceCenter, etc.)

Solidcore also offers you the flexibility of designing a customized training curriculum for your Solidcore investment depending on your IT infrastructure's architecture and organization’s business needs.
